Return of ReBuilder Equipment

Return of ReBuilder equipment will be accepted within 15 days of your purchase and applies only to unused equipment. The product must have its original labels and packaging. In addition, it must not show signs of use, dirt, or wear.

Only the following are allowed as causes for a return: those due to factory damage or manufacturing defects. In addition, we will accept no returns because you changed your mind about the purchase or did not obtain the expected results.

Only the price of the ReBuilder is refundable. For sanitary reasons and by the law, accessories such as adhesive electrodes, oval/rectangular cables, conductive gloves, conductive socks, ring electrodes, non-adhesive electrodes, and electrolyte bottles are not allowed to be returned.

To initiate the return process, the customer must get in touch with Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) which must be written outside the package.

We are not responsible for returns that get lost or damaged in transit, and we will not give any credit back to you until the items return to our warehouse in the conditions mentioned above. Because of this, we recommend returns be shipped via USPS, U.P.S., or FedEx with transportation insurance.

Once the equipment arrives at our offices, our technicians will verify that it is in optimal condition for its return and without signs of use, cosmetic damage, or functional damage. If we find no anomaly in the equipment, we will proceed with the refund to the customer’s original payment method.

The customer will be discounted 20% of the item’s value as a return fee, and shipping costs will be deducted, even for orders with free shipping. We will refund the amount within 30 days after the arrival of the equipment in our offices.
